Designgreen and Landis Garden Design are partnered on an innovative approach to enhance this property’s natural beauty and maximize its environmental performance. Educational vistas are created to link the community with the movement of rainwater and runoff across the steeply sloped 3-acres. Designgreen is providing solutions to solve multi-site challenges including safe pedestrian access, tree preservation, parking and stormwater optimization, while aligning the proposed bioretention and permeable pavement with landscape beautification. Stakeholders are using Designgreen's cost-benefit evaluation to guide their decision making.
